Anna Marie has practiced yoga for 38 years and has taught for the past 30 years. Anna Marie teaches Ananda & Amrit yoga, a meditative form of Hatha Yoga which uses positive affirmations in some of the asanas to enhance the mental aspect of the practice. Anna Marie is a certified yoga and meditation teacher at level 2 (500 hr). She is also certified in teaching yoga to heart and cancer patients. She has advanced training in restorative yoga and yoga for chakra balancing.
